Four black and white photographs, originally from The Bedfordshire Times, provided by June Dunham nee Burnage, of the tudor-themed celebration by the staff and pupils of Ampthill Methodist School on 26th May 1953, to commemorate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. On the reverse of photograph 1 is a newpaper cutting describing the celebration and naming some of the staff. June has provided the names of some of the other pupils in the photographs.
