Baptist Meeting House E. and NE. George Peregrine Nash, Woodcroft Field S. High Road messuage in West End, Stevington, lately occupied by William Bowyer and now Elizabeth White NW. and W. George Peregrine Nash E. Baptist Meeting S. High Road all purchased by Francis Green from William Bowyer - 2 closes arable in Newnham End, formerly 'Sandcroft' and now called 'Frost's Field' (12 acres 1 rood 16 perches), late in occupation of William Somes, then Isaac Keech senior, and now of John Fobee N. and NE. High Road W. and NW. Thomas Abbot Green other parts Charles Smith said 2 closes comprise the site of a cottage pulled down by Francis Green, garden, and 4th-12 allotments allotted on the enclosure to Benjamin Rogers - piece of land in former open field called Woodcroft Field (21 acres 1 rood 32 perches), now known as Woodcroft Field, lately occupied by Isaac Keech senior, and now by John Fobee, bounded by other part of former Woodcroft Field, by an allotment to late Thomas Alston, now Crewe Alston, by Moat Close, by the High road and other allotments - allotment (2 roods 16 perches) lately occupied by Isaac Keech senior and now by John Fobee bounded by old enclosure recently sold by Thomas Abbot Green to Richard Harvey and by Woodcroft Field etc. To all these Thomas Abbot Green was admitted tenant on 23 July 1841 and were surrendered on 31 January 1850 to use of John Fobee.
