    Said mortgage of £10,000 to be paid off Georgiana and Edward are now only two persons entitled to said sum, subject to mortgages in favour of ii) and iii) - of which 1/3 to Georgiana and 2/3 to Edward. Period of distribution of said sum to be accelerated, so £1500 mortgage debt to ii) to be paid off. Edward to be entitled to stand in place of ii) and receive £1500. £4500 to be paid to iii) out of 2/3 share of Edward. Residue - £666..12s..4d to go to Edward and £3333..6s..8d to Georgiana. Interest on said sums of £1500 and £4500 to be paid by Georgiana. In order to keep assurance policies on foot for benefit of Edward, Georgiana will pay premiums (as secured by deed dated next day to this) now is agreed - Settlement of 15 January 1812 and Deed of Arrangement of 26 August 1840 to be varied accordingly - mortgages to be paid off - v) to be new trustees for policies of assurance of £1000 and £2000 and after death of Henry Frederick Alston senior, £1500 to be paid to Edward and remainder as provided in Deed of Arrangement Signatures of all Endorsed Witnesses: George Biggs, Charles Baker, Gustav Friederic Veing(?), Reinhold Wunderlich etc. 21 Feb 1844 Endorsed with Assignment of the 2 policies of assurance a) v) b) i) except for Henry Frederick Alston senior c) Henry Frederick Alston junior, George Leeke Baker Deed mentioned to be executed by Georgiana Elizabeth Alston has not yet been executed.
