Recites Commission of Bankruptcy v John Collison of Hitchin, Hertfordshire, merchant
Appoints Bowles, Murphy, Still and Randle Ford and John Calthorpe Gough 29 Jun 1804.
Recites they found that John Collison for several years before 29 June 1804 carried on trade and business of a merchant and 'did seek and endeavour to get his living' by buying and selling coals, corn, wine, timber, iron and other goods, wares and merchandise; became indebted to John Crabb for £200 and bankrupt.
Recites Notice in London Gazette of Meeting to choose assignees of Bankrupt, to be held on 10 July 1804

Bankrupt seised of copyhold and customary lands, held of Manors of Hitchin Portman and Foreign and Maydencroft in Hertfordshire and Biggleswade, Bedfordshire (now or late in tenure of John Collison or others).
