Shortmead Street (formerly in tenures or occupations of William Carter, John Mole, John Sheffield, Thomas Chamberlain, widow Tingey and William Pepper afterwards of Richard Taylor, John Mole and Richard Currie, late of John Lancaster) (formerly copyhold but now enfranchised) Consideration £550 paid Lancaster to 1) (remaining £500 to be paid to mortgagees) Witnesses: William Chapman of Biggleswade, solicitor and Robert Haynes his clerk
