However not withstanding any trusts it should be lawful for Edmund, Earl of Corke and Orrery and f), with consent of a) to sell or convey any of the property, and apply £17,000 for certain purposes. Residue to be used to purchase freehold property
v) has purchased of Edmund Earl of Corke, and f), with consent of ii)

except 2 pieces sward land belonging to Shefford Mill for £7100

Consideration - £7100 paid by 3) to 2) to be applied for purposes contained in marriage settlement

Has been agreed that said £7100 should be paid to i) in part of principal sum of £8000, £900 residue, the interest and £5000, the portion of John Byng, should continue a charge on the rest of the premises
now in consideration of £7100 paid to i) by iv), with consent of ii)
i) at request of ii), iii) and iv), and nomination of v), transfer to vi)
- so much of before mentioned property as is in Clifton (except 2 pieces of swerd held with Shefford Mill)
to hold for remainder of terms of 1000 years and 500 years in trust for v)
