    i) bargains and sells to ii) - manors or reputed manors of Gastlings and Hill - capital messuage or mansion house, outhouses, gardens, orchards etc. in Southill in possession of i) - advowson, right of patronage to the vicarage of the parish church of Southill and a moiety of the rectory - tithes and tenths of corn, grain and hay in Southill, Rowney, Broom and Stamford - manor of West Hay and Faldoe in Higham Gobion - capital messuage called Faldoe House - other manors, farms, tithes etc, in Southill, Rowney, Broome, Standford, Hill, Warden, Old Warden, Biggleswade, Shefford, Clifton, Cardington, Barton, Higham Gobion, Pollux hill otherwise Polloxhill, Green field, Harlington, Silveshoe [Silsoe], Flitton and Westoning, wherein i) had an estate of inheritance or freehold to intent that ii) may become a tenant of the freehold, against whom a Common Recovery of i) may be suffered upon a writ of entry, wherein said iii) shall be demandant and ii) the tenant who shall vouch to warranty i) and he shall vouch over the Common Vouchee to be to use of i) for ever copy signatures of all Witnesses: (copy signatures) George Hawles Houstoun, Daniel White 29 Jan 1762 also Covenant to produce deed reciting that i) by lease and release of 6 and 7 February 1764 conveyed a messuage etc. in Cardington (part of premises comprised in this deed) to Joh Nesbitt, esquire, and covenanted to produce this deed to John Nesbitt, if required copy signature of i) witnesses: (copy signatures) Edward Dickinson, Carey Street, Daniel White, clerk to Mr Dickinson 25 Jun 1764 Certified a true copy 5 Jul 1797
