- tithes and tenths of corn, grain and hay in Southill, Rowney, Broom and Stamford
- manor of West Hay and Faldoe in Higham Gobion
- capital messuage called Faldoe House
- other manors, farms, tithes etc, in Southill, Rowney, Broome, Standford, Hill, Warden, Old Warden, Biggleswade, Shefford, Clifton, Cardington, Barton, Higham Gobion, Pollux hill otherwise Polloxhill, Green field, Harlington, Silveshoe [Silsoe], Flitton and Westoning, wherein i) had an estate of inheritance or freehold
to intent that ii) may become a tenant of the freehold, against whom
a Common Recovery of i) may be suffered upon a writ of entry, wherein said iii) shall be demandant and ii) the tenant who shall vouch to warranty i) and he shall vouch over the Common Vouchee
