Scope and Content
A marriage has been arranged between i) and ii). Has been agreed that fortune of ii) shall be settled on her for her own separate use which be deed of even date has been settled accordingly As further provision for ii) in case she survives i), he has agreed to pay her yearly sum of £50 in lieu and bar of dower and thirds which ii) has agreed to accept now i) promises and agrees with iii) in case marriage shall take effect and ii) survives i), that his executors etc. will pay yearly during life of ii), to iii) the full sum of £50 in 4 equal instalments, in trust for ii) provided that ii) agrees with iii) that provision made for her and the settlement of her own fortune for her own use shall be taken in full for her jointure and in bar of dower and thirds.
