    Reciting mortgage of 7 November 1911 and indenture of further charge of 13 February 1912 ii) has agreed to sell the property to iii) for £100 £508 only now remains due on security of said mortgage and further charge is agreed that £95 of said purchase money should be paid to i) now in consideration of £95 to i) paid by iii) at direction of ii) and £5 to ii) paid by iii) i) conveys to iii) by direction of ii) - piece of freehold land forming part of the Howbury Estate in Goldington on N. side of road from Bedford to Goldington having a frontage to Goldington Road of 25ft (15,440 square yards) N. John Astell Burt E. other land of ii) W. (N. part) other land of ii), (S. part) Walter George Daniels, recently purchased S. road from Bedford to Goldington (as shown on plan on deed) to hold discharged of said mortgage and deed of further charge iii) covenants to observe stipulations as in first schedule also i) at request of ii) acknowledges right of iii) to production etc. of deeds in second schedule, as they relate to the property comprised in said mortgage. ii) to be subject to same obligations when deeds come into his possession 1st Schedule iii) to erect fence on E. side of said land which is not to be less than 3ft 6ins high No house of less than £200 in value shall be erected in the land House to be set back to a building line, about 10ft distant from the road. No public house to be erected.
