    Declaration of the uses of a Fine: i) Robert Cooper of Silsoe, warrener and wife Mary (one of the daughters, executrices and devisees in Will of William Brice senior of Hawnes, labourer, deceased); Henry Goss of Fenlake, Cardington and wife Elizabeth (another daughter, executrix and devisee of W. Brice, deceased) ii) Simon Folbigg (Recital of Will of William Brice of 26 January 1729. To two daughters Mary and Elizabeth ... cottage and ½ acre at Hawnes. Goss contracted with Cooper and wife for sale of their moiety for £11..11s. Other moiety agreed to be conveyed from Elizabeth to Henry Goss.
