    i) Right Honourable Henry Frederick Thynne, esquire of Hawnes (nephew of Robert Earl Granville, deceased) ii) George William Earl of Coventry; Lord Viscount Weymouth, trustees of Will of Robert Earl Granville iii) Oliver Farrer of Chancery Lane, Holborn, gentleman (recites in part of Will of Earl Granville. Presentation to two rectories of Kilkhampton and Week Saint Marys in Cornwall to ii) on trusts. Manors etc. and estate in North Carolina and British Settlements in North America and West Indies; manors in counties of Bedford, Cornwall, Essex, Lincoln, Surrey and Middlesex; annuities of revenue of Excise to ii) on trusts: With consent of i) to sell on decease of Earl Granville except Mansion House of Hawnes and park. Money to be used for paying debts and charges on estate made by either Grace, Countess Granville (Robert Earl of Granville's grandmother) and John Earl Granville (Robert Earl of Granville's father), and testator's debts. Then to use of nephew Henry Frederick Thynne and son(s) and daughter(s). Recites Codicil to above Will of 23 September 1772. If Henry Frederick Thynne died without issue, to 2nd son of Thomas Lord Viscount Weymouth (brother of Henry Frederick Thynne) in tail mail with remainders to Weymouth's other sons.
