    Reciting will of Frances Henley Ongley, late of Sandy, widow, dated 12 December 1832 by which, after giving certain annuities, she devised all her property in the parish of Sandy to her sister, Dame Mary Payne, for life, and then to her nephew, Coventry Payne, for ever. She also devised £10,000 to nephew, Robert Henley, Lord Ongley, and to said Coventry Payne, on certain trusts for the benefit of her sister, Lucy Monoux, for life, and then for said Coventry Payne. She also devised £5,000 to said trustees for benefit of niece, Augusta Payne, and her children. If there are no children, then to said Coventry Payne. Said Coventry Payne appointed residuary legatee. Said Coventry Payne and Lord Ongley appointed executors. By codicil of 12 January 1833 Joseph Francis Buckworth appointed executor in place of Lord Ongley. She also gave legacies of £30 each to Mary Stanton and John Jeffries, charged on her estates at Sandy. By another codicil of 11 September 1835 another annuity of £30 each given to Mary Stanton and John Jeffries Said Frances Henley Ongley died on 9 January 1841.
