    i) Sir Samuel Luke of Woodend and wife Dame Elizabeth and son Oliver Luke, esquire ii) Sir Thomas Soame of Throcking, Hertfordshire and Francis Flyer, esquire of Pelham, Hertfordshire iii) Honourable William Montagu, esquire of Little Okeley, Northamptonshire, Attorney General of the Queen; Sir Thomas Crew; John Brisbane, esquire of London, Alexander Westlake of London, gentleman (By assignments, estate of SA2 came to Raphe Freeman, esquire, then deceased and ii), but for use of i) for lives, then to uses appointed by Sir Samuel Luke, otherwise for maintenance of his younger children, according to deed of 1 February 1638/9 between a) Sir Samuel Luke, b) Thomas Soame of London, alderman, and Francis Flyer of London, merchant [see Haynes Park Manuscripts no.9]. Reciting Sir Samuel and Oliver Luke agreed for sale for Mountagu and Crew) Nomination by Samuel Luke of ii) to be possessed of manor after death of Dame Elizabeth on trust for use of Brisbane and Westlake Assignment by ii) by direction of i) for remainder of term to Brisbane and Westlake for use of Mountagu and Crew.
