    i) John Brockett of Long Stow, Huntingdonshire, gentleman Thomas and Henry Negus of Shelton, yeomen Henry Dyllyngham of Shelton, yeoman Richard Dyllyngham of Stonley Priory, Kimbolton, yeoman (arbitrators for Thomas Dyllyngham of Over Dean, yeoman) ii) William Dyllyngham and Robert Dyllyngham of Over Dean, yeomen, brothers of Thomas whereas controversy has arisen over lands in Over and Nether Dean and Melchbourne late of Richard Olyff of Oundle, mercer: 1. within a year, William, at request of Thomas, is to do every lawful act to ensure to him a moiety of a close in Over Dean called Half Croft, in occupation of Thomas Dyllingham, free of right of dower by William's wife Helen; also for extinguishing any right of William in property formerly of Richard Olyff, deceased, in Over and Nether Dean and Melchbourne, and now in occupation of Thomas Dyllingham 2. William shall assure to Robert his close in Over Dean called Porters pightle (except the wood ground towards the North side thereof, adjoining the close of George Dacre, esquire, in occupation of Christopher Foxe), again free from Helen's dower, and as above 3. Thomas within a year will assure to William his 5 selions of pasture in Over Dean, near Over Dean meadow, abutting West on curtilage of present dwellinghouse of William (North, on William, South, on John Brand), as well as confirming William's right to lands of Richard Olyff, deceased, now in William's occupation 4. Robert is to confirm to William 2 acres meadow in Over Dean late claimed by Robert, free from dower of Agnes, wife of Robert, and also lands of Richard Olyff in William's occupation seals: 7 fragments on tags
