    to grandson Samuel Sutton…all messuages, cottages etc. in Blunham and Mogerhanger (except copyhold messuage in Blunham devised to Ann Sutton) to hold charged with payment of annuity of £50 to Ann Sutton, testator's wife if said grandson die under 21, then property to such grandchildren as are living as tenants in common. to granddaughter Ann Sutton…copyhold messuage now divided into 2 in occupation of Thomas Barker and another (already surrendered to use of will)…messuages, cottages etc. in Great Barford, Kempston and Bedford to 2 trusty friends, John Spring, Great Grandsden, Huntingdonshire, and Henry Inskip, Old Warden, farmer …ready money, plate, linen, household goods, implements of husbandry etc. and personal estate, to convert into money and pay legacies to grandson Stephen Scarborough and granddaughter Ann Billett…£400 each to 2 grandchildren William and Mary Scarborough…£400 each legacies to William and Mary to be paid when they reach 21. If either die then legacy to be paid to survivor to grand daughter Mary Sutton…£400 to granddaughter Frances Sutton…£200 to be paid at 21. If either die then legacy to survivor to 2 nieces Ann Jowers and Elizabeth Sutton…£100 each to 2 nephews William Sutton and Edward John Sutton…£100 each to be paid at 21, if either die then legacy to survivor to wife, for life…use of household goods 'as she my said wife shall so take' said wife to make a schedule of them after her death said goods to go to granddaughter Ann Sutton to grandson Samuel Sutton, when 21…residue of monies arising from sale of personal estate; if he die before 21, then to be divided among other grandchildren.
