Not apparently referring to any of the deeds in X612/49 but mentioning grant of property to John Founds and Will of Millicent Thurgood.
Also abstracting lease and release of 11 and 12 June 1771:-
Millicent, by note of hand dated 2 November 1750, promised to pay at her death £100 to daughter Grace Taylor. Ann Sutton as executrix refused to pay principal and interest and suit in Chancery was instituted. G C Taylor junior has paid off note of hand and agreed to take on payment of annuity to Millicent Scott (only annuity still subsisting) and has entered into bond of £1,000 to do so. Property is now conveyed to G C Taylor junior.
