    To be buried in the same grave as late wife. - To trustees, the Lord Bishop of Bath & Wells and George Brooks of Twickenham, esq. all property at Bourne, Cambs., and at Elmset and elsewhere to sell, and with produce pay debts and legacies. - To each of his nephews, John Talbot and Robert Talbot, £4000. - To each niece, Mary Talbot, Mrs. Wallis, Mrs. Marshall, Mary Amis, Mrs. Southwell wife of John Southwell, and Mrs. Southwell wife of William Southwell £2000 each. - To trustees £500 each. - To the Rev. Francis Goforth 'my Worthy Curate' £20; - To adopted child Miss Susannah Wall, £100. - To Mrs. Mary Oldknow senior of Nottingham and to Mrs. Garnar of Harlaxton £20 each. - To old friend Mrs. H. Founereau and to Miss Phebe Founereau £30 each. - To Servants Samuel Wymark £100; Joseph Brown £50; Martha Cook £50; Susan Vince £20 - To Jeffrey Southcote and John Cousins a good black coat and waistcoat and 2 guineas each. Monument to be put against the wall in church of Elmset. Residue to adopted child Susannah Wall. Made 7 July 1808; proved 24 Dec 1811 To which is attached memorandum of T. Gill, 5 New Inn, that as Mrs. William Southwell died in lifetime of testator, nothing is vested in her husband. 13 May 1812
