i) Joseph Charles Williams, Bedford, furniture dealer ii) Jane Mayes, wife of George Mayes, Bedford, hay merchant i) is owner and occupier of 17 Midland Road, Bedford ii) as personal representative and trustee of estate of Mary Ann Willshaw, deceased (who died on 28 January 1896) is seized of nos. 19 and 21 Midland Road now in occupations of A Litchfield and Shirley Lindley i) has recently pulled down part of no. 17 and erected other higher buildings, so as to interfere with the ancient lights of no. 17 so it is agreed - i) shall not acquire any further right to access of light than he had before - i) will not prevent ii) from erecting buildings to the height of his new buildings - i)'s right to build on backyards of 19 and 21 shall not be prejudiced in a way which shall not obstruct the light to ii)'s new building to an angle of 45° signature of i) witness: H C Dunham, butcher, Bedford
