- Scope and Contentbody to be buried in the Brethren's Chapel, St Peter's, Bedford … to daughter Mary Trapp - estate bought of Mr Mustgrave, formerly known by the name of the Faulcon, 'a part of which she now lives in', other part in occupation of Samuel Ashby, baker, with all the rest of the estate 'which I have in my own occupation' said Mary to pay sister Martha Okely £250 … to daughter Elizabeth Stevens - part of my house 'wherein I now live' bought of Mrs Sarah Kippist … to grandson John Peirson - copyhold estate in Kempston belonging to Manor of Daubeny and St John's … to 3 daughters, Mary Trapp, Martha Okely and Elizabeth Stevens - rest and residue of estate in Kempston to hold as tenants in common estate chargeable with payment of £100 to each grandchild: Ann Okely, Joseph Okely, Thomas Trapp, John Trapp, Benjamin Trapp, Mary Trapp, Jemima Pearson and George Stevens, at 21 - rest of real and personal estate to be equally divided between them. 3 sons, Simmons Trapp, William Okely and George Stevens appointed joint executors together with brother Joseph Margetts Pierson, grocer in Hitchin [Hertfordshire] with codicil grandmother Mrs Skevington in her lifetime gave to Mary Trapp - bedstead and curtains, high chest of 'draws', table and glass over it 'I desire they be all deliver to her as her own property' … to grandson Thomas Trapp - tallow copper, frying vat, tallow troughs, and knives, 'my Press for Tallow my Candle Rods or Stalves for making Candles and for putting on Candle Rushes and wick with all my Molds for making Mold Candles with the Chests or Boxes wherein they are put with all my Tallow Tubs and Candle Boxes and Chests and all the Utensils belonging to the Chandlery Business with all my Bushes for Candles and Cotton and wick Yarn whether cut or wound or in Bags unwound' … to grandson John Stevens - £100 at 21 will dated 8 Aug 1783 codicil dated 8 Aug 1783 will proved (Bedford) 29 Apr 1786
