… to grandchild Marryott, son of eldest son 'of John Marryott late of Kempston aforesaid, deceased' - £30, if he live to 21 - 6 acres arable, purchased of Thomas Spencer, Bedford, deceased, in open fields of Kempston, at 21 provided - John Pearson of Kempston shall discharge an obligation dated 2 July 1660 wherein testator and son, James Marryott, stand bound to said John Pearson 'with in fowre dayes next after my decease' if John Pearson refuses to deliver up said bond, then - 12d only to said grandchild, and said £30 and land to go to executors … to Samuel Marryott 'my youngest son' - 6 acres 1 rood purchased of Thomas Yarway of Kempston, gentleman, deceased - 3 acres arable purchased of Richard Pearson, Kempston said lands lie in the common fields of Kempston aforesaid … to Elizabeth Audley and Mary Audley, daughters of my daughter Elizabeth Audley, widow, deceased - 40s each at 18 … to Elizabeth, daughter of John Stephen, 'my sonn in lawe' - £5 at 18 … to Thomas and Elizabeth Marryott, children of brother Robert, deceased - £5 each, 3 years after my decease … to daughter Jone, wife of John Stephen - £5, 4 years after my decease … to wife Elizabeth - £5 - 6 of best sheep - all household stuff indoors … to son Samuel - residue Samuel also appointed executor 19 Jan 1660 probate (Bedford) 9 Feb 1660
