… to sister Mary, wife of William Boswell, Kempston, yeoman - messuage in Upend in Kempston in occupation of Edward Clarke - messuage etc. in Upend, Kempston late in occupation of father, Thomas White deceased, and close pasture if sister has no children then property to brother William White … to brother William Boswell and uncle William Holmes, Kempston, yeoman (who are also appointed executors) - 4½ acres arable in Kempston lately purchased by late father from Stephen Jarvis - goods and personal estate to be held in trust for sale. Money raised to discharge mortgage due to Mr Lucas of Bletsoe on property of father (i.e. above messuage and close pasture) to secure £60 will made 14 Apr 1707 will proved (Bedford) 9 Oct 1711
