Trustees to be his guardians until then John is now 21 so Francis and Joseph confirm to John - freehold property of Thomas Pearson John will pay debts of Thomas and legacies (most of which remain unsatisfied) covenant by John to levy fine unto Francis and ii) premises are subject to a mortgage of £100 assigned to William Foster, Bedford, doctor of laws, and another for £100 to William Joy, Bedford, gentleman, since deceased, and another for £100 to Thomas King of Colmworth, yeoman, deceased.
