    1 William Henry Gibbins Clapham, farmer. Vendor 2 Cyana Allison Gibbins, Milton Ernest, widow 3 Louisa Ann Gibbins, Milton Ernest, spinster 4a Edward Wildman, Thurleigh, carpenter b Emma Wildman, his wife 5 Robert Parrott, now of Brightside, Sheffield, Yorkshire, labourer. Purchaser Recites part of X745/1 Whereas 4 have agreed to execute this indenture to extinquish any remaining right of dower of 4b, owing to previous failure to file certificate of acknowledgement according to 3/4 William IV cap.74 Whereas By indenture of 30th June 1846, William Gibbins, father of 1 did grant the use of the land and buildings to Edward Fryer [amount unspecified] Whereas By indenture of 24th December 1869, endorsed on previous deed, William Pancas Gibbins, alias William Gibbins, father of 1, redeemed his mortgage from Edward Fryer and transferred it to Thomas Wesley Turnley. Whereas William Pancas Gibbins by will of 14th December 1869 appointed his widow 2 and son 1 executors. After specific bequests of personal estate [not specified] all real estate at Thurleigh and Milton Ernest and elsewhere to 2, also to recieve the annual rent charge of £200. His daughter 3 to receive rent charge £20 per annum until she marries. Rent charges payable in two equal instalments per annum 25th March and 29th September. Whereas William Pancas Gibbins died 18th June 1871, without altering or revoking his will which was proved by 1 at the District Registry of Northampton 31 August 1871 Whereas 1 has contracted with 5 for the sale of the heredities. Consideration £400 Whereas 2 and 3 have consented to release the said heredities from the annuities granted in their favor. 4a and 4b to join in these presents to extinguish the right of dower of 4b Witnesseth Conveyance by 1 to 5 consideraton £400 - cottage or tenement and carpenters shop at East side of the same at Thurleigh built by 4a on the ground lately described now or lately in occupation George Green - cottage or tenement erected by William Pancas Gibbins deceased on the other part of the same peice of ground which is now laid to the last mentioned cottage and occupied by said George Green - land at Church End, Thurleigh, a corner piece at the junction of village road or street with the road leading in opposite directions to Bedford, Milton one way and Riseley the other. Abutting : South, village road or street : West, Riseley road : North, land of 4a : East, bridle or footway out of village road to Keysoe and Riseley Covenant 1 to produce 5 copies of title deeds on request
