Executor 3 William Gibbins, Milton Ernest, farmer, brewer and maltster. Purchaser 4 John Turner the younger, Milton Ernest, farmer Whereas Edward Wildman, deceased, grandfather of 1a sold the porperty and small peice of ground to 1a considation £30. 1a has since built a cottage and outbuildings Whereas Said Edward Wildman by will of [17th May 1834. See ABP/W 1836/37] directed all his other property to be sold. 2 and Robert Jeferries appointed executors Whereas Robert Jefferies since deceased Whereas 1a paid to grandfather Edward Wildman sum of £30 purchase money wiht the consent of 2 Witnesseth Conveyance by 1a to 3 considered. £85 and 10s paid by 3 to 2. Right of dower of 1b to be extinquished. - lane and a cottoage at Church End, Thurleigh, being a corner piece at the junction of village road [High Street] with the road leading in opposite diections to Bedford [Mill Hill], Milton one way and Riseley the other. Abutting : South, Village road or street : West, Riseley Road : North, small peice of ground purchased by 1a from Edward Wildman, his grandfather, and retained by 1a : East, bridle or footway to Riseley and Keysoe - cottage and carpenter's shop at East side of said cottage, barn and outbuildings 3 and his heirs & assigns to hold the property for ever. Property to the use of 4 during the life of 3 4 February 1842 Endorsement Deed produced before Theed Pearse junior and E Eagles, Commissioners and acknowledged by 1b to be her act and deed 16 February 1842
