i) Sir John Fitzwilliam, Kempston, knight ii) Thomas Pearson, late of Stanbridge, yeoman i) and his wife, Dame Jane, covenant to levy fine of: - capital messuage, garden, orchard, bakehouse etc. wherein George Aston alias Benson formerly dwelt, in Kempston East End - 96 acres arable in common fields of Kempston (as in terrier attached to deed) - close pasture adjoining said messuage (5 acres) - Whonleys [?Whorleys] (2 acres) - 12½ acres and ½ rood meadow in Kempston East Mead - 9 acres meadow in Hame Mead in fields of Kempston all late in tenure of said George Aston alias Benson but now of ii) signature of i) endorsed witnesses
