i) Sir John Fitzwilliam, Kempston, knight ii) Thomas Pearson, Stanbridge, yeoman consideration - £830 i) conveys to ii) - capital messuage etc. in occupation of George Benson, in East End of Kempston - 93 acres land in common fields of Kempston - close pasture adjoining said messuage (5 acres) - close pasture called Whorleis (2 acres) - 12½ acres and ½ rood more of meadow in Kempston Mead - 9 acres more in same field all in occupation of George Benson freed from any charge for jointure by Dame Jane, wife of i) signature of i) endorsed livery of seisin memorandum that property is more particularly described in a terrier of 25 March 1613
