on 17 May 1748 Richard Osborne was admitted tenant on the surrender of John Rudd to - cottage in Wood End in Kempston, then in occupation of Daniel Mobbs - close of pasture adjoining in occupation of John Worrall Richard is now dead so son Isaac is admitted tenant, who then surrenders property to use of Thomas Saunders, Kempston, carpenter, for life, and then to wife Mary Thomas and Mary Saunders now admitted tenants
