i) Sarah Theed, Bedford, spinster (only child of Pearson Theed, Bedford, gentleman, deceased) ii) Alexander Forbes Gaskell, Greys Inn, Middlesex, gentleman iii) Robert Henry Gibbon, Bedford, gentleman to bar entail and settle the estate i) releases to ii) - Hill and Paradice Closes in Kempston (20 acres) - the Freeboard, on West and North of said closes (1 acre) to intent that ii) may be a tenant to the freehold to suffer a recovery to be sued by iii) signatures of all endorsed various witnesses
