Parties: (i) Marjorie Eileen Rackley of High Street, Markyate [Herts] (ii) G.F. Farr & Sons Limited, registered offices at 40/50 Collingdon Street, Luton Reciting: - (i) is the owner of land coloured blue and (ii) is the owner of land coloured pink on the attached plan - both parties wish to define the border between their respective lands Operative part: - (ii) to erect a a chain linked fence of not less than 6ft height at their own expense - (ii) admit that in the past earth and rubble from their site has been deposited on the land of (i) but there will be no repeat - (ii) to carry out work to remove bottle neck between points marked on the plan in such a way as to not encroach on the land of (i) or to allow surface water to drain there - (ii) confirm that LPG store is safe and does not pose a risk - (ii) to remove wire or cable supporting electricity cables from land of (i) - (ii) to meet legal costs - (i) to cut back hedge on NW corner of her land Incomplete and unsigned
