To eldest son John £200; to daughters Mary, Elizabeth and Ann residue, also equal shares in bequest from T. J Selby. Clifton manor is to be sold, and £300 each to 3 daughters above, £200 to son James, residue to sons John, Charles, Thomas, Newdigate, Alston, Robert and James. To son John, tenement at Mursley with malting. To son William advowson of Drayton Parslow with parsonage house and plot of ground. To wife Mary, messuage at Drayton Parslow adjoining rectory for life. Witnesses: Thomas Bligh, William Hall, Thomas Tompkins.
