i) Thomas Newall alias Newold (son of William Newall, deceased) John Newall alias Newold, Riseley, blacksmith, deceased, who was son of John Newall, younger brother of William Newall, deceased) ii) Francis Brace, Bedford, gentleman in consideration of 5s and for barring all estates tail i) agree with ii) that they will by themselves or with Samuel Austin and wife Anne, and Elizabeth Ruffe, spinster, and John Shawe and wife Hannah, before end of Easter term next, levy a fine unto ii) and John Peirson of: - 13½ acres arable and leyes in parish fields of Kempston as described in deeds of 3 January 29 Elizabeth [1587] and 20 October 12 James I [1615], and settled on William Newold by deed of 12 April 15 Charles I [1639] signatures of all endorsed witnesses: Marmaduke Beke, John Penington
