    i) Ann Joy, Bedford, widow and executrix of William Joy ii) Thomas Newall alias Newold Francis Brace iii) Mathew Denis, Kempston, esquire Joseph Margetts John Penington reciting X435/3 and X435/6 Thomas Newall has sold to Mathew Denis - 4 acres in Radgeway furlong and to Francis Brace - redemption and inheritance of said premises (except said 4 acres) Francis Brace has paid £200 redemption money to i), and interest now in consideration of said £210 (principal and interest) paid by Francis Brace, and 5s by Joseph Margetts and John Penington, to i) i) by direction of ii) and Mathew Denis, assigns to Joseph Margetts and John Penington - all premises assigned to William Joy in above deeds for remainder of said terms of 500 and 500 years, for benefit of Mathew Denis as to said 4 acres, and for Francis Brace as regards the other property, in trust to attend the inheritance signature of i) endorsed witnesses: receipt
