    i) The Reverend Frederick Adolphus la Trobe Foster, now of Sale Priory, Chester, clerk ii) The Reverend George William Newnham, Combe Down, near Bath, clerk Thomas Barham Foster, Sale Priory, Chester, Esquire iii) John Holt Beever, Bilbury Cottage, near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire., gentleman William Beever, late of Coed-y-Gawen near Ruthin, Denbigh, but now of Victoria Park, Manchester, Lancashire, gentleman By deed of even date a) Elizabeth Cooke, widow, b) J S Beever W Beever c) G W Newnham T B Foster - yearly rents of £3..7s..8 1/2d, £7..8s..5d, £5..15s..10d, £16, £11..1s..0 1/4d, £24..13s and £13..16s granted by deeds of 27 March 1764, 24 December 1772, 214 [?21/24] December 1772, 1 May 1773, 4 June 1776, 2 May 1784 and 20 December 1786 were granted to the use of c) for ever Purchase of property made under authority of above deed were made from funds belonging to ii) out of a joint account Deeds as in schedule relate to said property and also to rents of £27..15s..3 3/4d and £2..4s..9 1/2d. Has been agreed that deeds should be delivered to ii) and that i) will enter into below mentioned covenant. Now ii) and i), covenant with iii), that Jonathan Beever, a testator mentioned in above deed has covenanted to produce deeds etc as in Schedule, and to produce them to ii) if required.
