To each godchild 12d; to each grandchild 1 sheep. To Cislie Axtell wife of Henry Axtell 40s to be paid by Thomas Horne. To Alice Chambers wife of Henry ditto. To wife Isabel 10 marks, 40 sheep, 2 kye, and life occupation of a chamber within the mansion house where testator dwells, with meat, drink and fire; also 2 acres wheat and 2 acres barley brought into her barn; and half the household stuff; also Lillye bread close and Badcocks close, reverting to Thomas Horne. To William Robins and wife Joan, Badcocks grove, Whipsnade. To William Stanbridge and wife Elizabeth a tenement and 11 acres sometime belonging to Margaret Adam. To Thomas Horne and wife Margaret all other lands freehold and copyhold in Kensworth and Whipsnade; and they with wife Isabel are to cause a yearly obit to be kept in the parish church of Kensworth at which 6s..8d is to be distributed. 27 March 1532.
