'TEMPSFORD HALL'. View shows the front and side of the three storeys building, with several bay windows to the first two storeys. Gables run along the four sides of the third storey with several chimneys above. A drive leads to the entrance porch. The Hall stands east of the great North Road and south of Station Road. Cis and I are hoping to go the Guild Hotel at Scarboro' in August, it would be jolly if you could go too! How do you like the weather this week? Monday was lovely, wasn't it? I went to Dunstable to see the stone laying of the new chapel, and had a good time. I've quite given up p.c. collecting! Have you. Am going to a debate tonight - Free Trade v. Tariff 'Reform'. Do write, yrs ever Molly".
