    i) Thomas Pridmore ii) Richard Blofield, Eaton Socon, yeoman iii) George Walker, yeoman iv) William Law, grocer William Hall, butcher consideration - £250 paid to i) by ii) - annuity of £40 per annum paid to i) - £100 to be paid to George Cadge by ii) in discharge of the principal money due on a mortgage on part of the said premises i) with consent of ii) release to iii) - messuage in Eaton Socon, with orchard on West (2 acres) - close pasture and another orchard called the Cherry Orchard on East (2 acres) North: 1st mentioned orchard South: formerly heirs of William Thody and now Robert Wiles East: cottage formerly Richard Smith's (otherwise Taylor) and now of Duke of Bedford West: common field of Eaton Socon - another close pasture (1 acre) South: first mentioned orchard North: Barnlow Lane East: said messuage West: common field all formerly the estate of William Barber and conveyed by him to John Pridmore, deceased - 7 acres 1 rood arable in common fields of Eaton Socon - 1½ acres sward in Wyboston (late Whitchurches) - 7 acres land in common fields of Eaton Socon and Wyboston (late Wrights) said two pieces of arable land were formerly Edward Emery's who conveyed the same to Edward Pridmore, deceased - 11 acres arable in fields of Eaton Socon (late John Emery's, who conveyed same to Edward Pridmore) all devised by will of Ann Pridmore, deceased, to her son i) to be held by iii) on trusts: that i) may receive an annuity of £40 to be paid by 4 equal quarterly payments lands chargeable with said payment of annuity are conveyed to iv) for 500 years so that they may lease etc. lands if annuity unpaid for 60 days after it is due lands held subject to annuity to Mary wife of Charles Triston, and also a mortgage of 3 August 1780 a) Edward Pridmore b) George Cadge which is intended to be assigned to Simon Staughton, Eynesbury, Huntingdonshire, gentleman, in trust to attend the inheritance to better secure the payment of the said annuity ii) has agreed to execute a warrant of Attorney in an action for debt for £500 signatures of all endorsed receipt witnesses: E Billett, Edward Billett junior
