i) Sir John Danvers, Swithland, Leicestershire, baronet Edward Pridmore ii) William Day, Eaton Socon, miller (trustee for Edward Pridmore) reciting lease and release of 14 and 15 January 1772 a) John Pridmore, Basmead Manor, Eaton Socon, farmer (son of said Edward Pridmore) b) Sir John Danvers Edward Pridmore among other property, a) released to b) - cottage (as later mentioned) in trust for sale now in consideration of £50 (being the most that could be obtained for the same) paid to Sir John Danvers by Edward Pridmore i) enfeoffs to ii) - cottage where Richard Sanders formerly dwelt in Eaton Socon North: John Brackin, esquire, afterwards Mr Webb South: once William Thody, afterwards of John Emery East: common street formerly in occupation of Richard Busby afterwards of Corrall Medlow and now of Benjamin Blane and Margaret Blander to hold to use of Edward Pridmore for ever signatures of i) and ii) endorsed receipt livery of seisin witnesses: Mary Allison, J Billett
