- several pieces of arable and ley (late Emery's) in the common fields of Eaton Socon (15 acres)
- White Horse Inn, ground whereof was purchased by Edward Pridmore from William Garratt and wife Mary
- close pasture, late Attwood Fisher's adjoining (and used with) said Inn (3 acres)
