i) Lewis Goodfellow ii) Thomas Driver £300 still remains due on above release [X702/62] 4½% per annum interest has been agreed i) has borrowed further sum of £100 from ii) now is agreed that above mentioned premises shall be a security for repayment of said £100 as well as said £300, and also interest mark of i) signature of ii) endorsed receipt note regarding 4% per annum interest rate witnesses: G Johnson, William Hill, Cliffords Inn 10 Nov 1743 also endorsed with: Declaration (regarding assignment of mortgage) by Ann Nelson, St Bride, London, widow George Johnson, Chobham, Surrey, gentleman (executors of the will of Thomas Driver, dated 27 April 1764) £410 is still owing which Ann and George want to be paid William Hill, Cliffords Inn, London, gentleman, has agreed to advance the money on security of said mortgaged premises now Ann and George declare that Thomas Overbury holds the property in trust for William Hill signatures of Ann Nelson, George Johnson receipt witnesses: Thomas Sibthorpe, Henry Hartwell, Elizabeth Rosenghagen 10 Nov 1764
