    i) Reverend St John Harding, Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, clerk (only son of John Harding, Kimbolton, gentleman, who was eldest son of John Harding, Kimbolton, apothecary, deceased, who died intestate) ii) Mary Harding, Kimbolton, widow of said John Harding and mother of i) iii) Robert Thorns, Eaton Socon, innholder reciting will of John Harding by which he devised all his real estate to i) but chargeable with an annuity to ii) of £35 per annum so long as she remained his widow. If she married any other than a protestant of the Church of England then annuity revoked. If she married a protestant then annuity of £20 per annum now i) has agreed to sell property in Eaton Socon to iii) and ii) has agreed to release said premises from payment of said annuity now in consideration of £1,750 paid to i) by iii) i) releases to ii) - cottage and homestead at South end of town of Eaton Socon with orchard or close pasture adjoining and dovehouse erected in said close South and West: next mentioned piece of land East: North Road North: Mr Ratford White Horse Inn belonging to iii) - land in Backside Field and Norton Field (24 acres 1 rood 12 perches) now divided into 2 closes East (part): North Road South and part East: John Barcock East (part): Mary Creamer South and West: Richard Hetley North: heirs of Richard Blowfield and iii) East and North: above described cottage and orchard said land was awarded by enclosure commissioners to i) in lieu of his open field land, is now in occupation of iii) signatures of i) and ii) endorsed receipt witnesses: George Capron, Amos Chinner (clerks to Mr Day), William Day
