    Parties: (i) Frederick Parrott of Bedford, builder and a member of the Bedford and District Perfect Thrift Building Society (ii) the Bedford and District Perfect Thrift Building Society, registered offices at 3 St Loyes Street, Bedford Operative part: (i) to borrow £400 from (ii) Property: (a) land in parish of St Paul in Bedford on the S side of a new road lately made by Jabez Carter and Henry Steers leading from Foster Hill Road into Garfield Street and called Park Road, which said piece of land is bounded on the N by Park Road and on the E by other lands formerly of (i) but now of John King and on the W by property also formerly of (i) but now of William Edwin Taylor, all which were part of those conveyed to (i) by an indenture of 7 February 1890 and comprising Lots 34-36 on the plan drawn on that indenture, together with the messuage, workshop and outbuildings erected thereon by (i) and now in his occupation, with right of passage Habendum: - (i) to repay £6 on the meeting night of the Society on the first Wednesday in February and then £6 every three months from thereon Witnesses: - Hedley Baxter, solicitor, Luton Endorsed with acknowledgement by the Building Society of all monies received in settlement of the mortgage, dated 12 December 1907, and signed by John Maynard Walker, secretary
