    Parties: (i) John Boyle of 6 Barnards Inn in London, esquire, William Stuart the younger of Tempsford Hall, esquire, Charles Stuart of Hubborne, Southampton, Major General in Her Majesty's Army, all trustees of the will of the late John Crichton Stuart, Marquis of Bute (ii) Jonah Toyer of Luton, carpenter Reciting: - will of late John Crichton Stuart, devising property to Patrick James Herbert Crichton Stuart (commonly called Lord James Stuart), Onesiphorous Tyndall Bruce and James Munro Macnabb to sell and dispose in trust - death of John Crichton Stuart on 18 March 1848 and will proved 19 April 1848 - John Boyle appointed trustee in place of James Munro Macnabb by an indenture dated 29 April 1852 - death of Onesiphorous Tyndall Bruce on 18 March 1855 and Charles Stuart appointed trustee in his place by an indenture dated 27 September 1855 - Charles Stuart left the United Kingdon sometime in 1857 and was absent more than 12 months so William Stuart was appointed trustee in his place and this was confirmed by an order of Vice Chancellor Wood made 29 Janaury 1859 - James Stuart died 7 September 1859 and Charles Stuart returned to the United Kingdom in 1860 and was reappointed trustee by an indenture dated 8 March 1860 Operative part: (i) to convey to (ii) for £88 Property: (a) land on the SE of Inkerman Street bounded on the front on NW side by Inkerman and on SW side by property of Thomas Cherry and on SE by property of William Barrett and on NE by property of Samuel Toyer containing 11p with right of way for (ii) and his heirs Witnesses: - T. Collingdon of Bute Crescent, Cardiff - Charles Eaton Butler, Hubborne, Christchurch, Hampshire - C C Beaty Pownall, Vicarage, Milton Ernest Endorsed with plan drawn by J. Cumberland, surveyor, Luton. Endorsed with conveyance dated 31 October 1873 whereby (i) conveyed to Mark Plummer, straw hat manufacturer, one of the two messuages erected on the land (being the one adjoining the property of Thomas Cherry) and entered into a covenant to produce this deed
