    i) Reverend Thomas Cecil Fitzpatrick, The Lodge, Queens College, Cambridge, D.D. ii) Alfred John Cox, Bedford, cattle dealer and farmer consideration - £16,000 i) agrees to sell to ii) - Woodlands, Clapham (184 acres 34 perches) as in plan and first schedule, with benefit of several tenancies as in 2nd schedule, together with fixtures and timber various provisions as to payment title is to commence with will of Reverend John Frederick Dawson, who died in 1870 ii) shall not object to the fact that William Long Fitzpatrick agreed in January 1920 to the road near Tollgate Cottage being widened, 2 elmtrees being removed and certain palings being set back signature of ii) witness: H Gilchrist Langley, solicitor, Bedford with schedule of fields concerned, giving names and acreages with schedule giving particulars of tenancies
