Parties: (i) Albion Harry George Clarke of 34 Collingdon Street, Luton, cinema attendant (ii) Doris Luvaine Farmer of 34 Collingdon Street, Luton, married woman Reciting: - properties were conveyed to Edith Clarke by Sidney Hunter by a conveyance dated 23 March 1933 - Z1515/1/11/20/16 - Edith Clarke died at Luton on 28 November 1945 intestate and letters of administration were granted out of the Principal Probate Registry to (i) and the properties have been vested in him - £200 remains owing on the mortgage Operative part: (i) to convey to (ii) for £1 Property: (i) land bounded on the S by Collingdon Street with a frontage thereto of 14ft 2inches and bounded on the N by the London and North Eastern Railway and on the W by property now or late of John Arnold and on W by property now or late of Walter Frost (ii) the tenement with outbuildings etc erected thereon and known as 34 Collingdon Street with the rightof footway in common with the owner of the neighbouring premises Declaration that Albion Harry George Clarke gave his assent to the above deed but could not sign because by reason of defective eyesight Witnesses: - R M Primett, solicitor, of Luton
