    Parties: (i) Benjamin Belgrove Franklin of 22 King Street, Luton, architect and surveyor and Arthur John Powdrill of Hitchin Road, Luton, merchant (ii) The Luton Industrial Co-operative Society Limited, registered offices at 5 Hastings Street, Luton Operative part: (i) to convey to (ii) for £10,000 Property: (a) tenements, shop, yard, etc (formerly 5 messuages or tenements) situate partly in Collingdon Street and partly in New Bedford Road bounded on the N and W by (c) and on the E by New Bedford Road and on the S or front by Collingdon Street, all which are now known as 4, 6, 8 and 10 Collingdon Street and 19 and 19a New Bedford Road (no. 19a being formerly known as 2 Collingdon Street), as described in a conveyance dated 27 September 1920 between Joseph Hudson and (i) (b) land with four tenements and outbuildings known as 12, 14, 16 and 18 Collingdon Street bounded on the N by (c) and on the E by (a), as described in a conveyance dated 31 July 1920 between Ernest John Taylor and George Walter Buckingham and (i) (c) land abutting on New Bedford Road with the messauge, stables, carpenters shop, business premises etc erected thereon and known as 21 New Bedford Road bounded on the N by the Great Northern Railway and on the S by (a) and (b) and on the E by New Bedford Road, as described in a conveyanced dated 30 July 1920 between Ernest John Taylor and George Walter Buckingham, Robert Weatherhead Witnesses: - A.
