Farr & Sons Limited of 33 Collingdon Street in Luton (ii) Sterling Discount Stores (Luton) Limited of 20 Bridge Street in Leighton Buzzard Reciting: - Z1515/1/11/19-1-3 Operative Part: (i) undertakes to provide car parking facilities for fifteen cars within a radius of 150yds Covenant: (ii) not to use the car parking provided for any purpose other than parking private cars belonging to its employees and customers (ii) not to affix any placard, poster or advertisement to any part of the site (ii) to indemnify (i) against all claims and liability in respect of damages arising out of the above Signed on behalf of G.
