Claim by landlord Bedfordshire County Council for breaches of contract against tenant Charles Ashwell, viz not leaving the holding clean, free from weeds, well manured and in good heart and otherwise maintained in a proper state of cultivation; also for failure to keep the road-side hedge properly cut and trimmed and ditches clear. Joseph Aurelius Weston as arbitrator.
