    Parties: (i) Albert Robinson of Liverpool Road in Luton, straw hat manufacturer (ii) Sidney George Parker of 47 Collingdon Street in Luton, straw hat manufacturer Reciting: - (i) is the owner of a factory and premises at 12 and 12a Liverpool Road in Luton and (ii) is the owner of a piece of land with two cottages adjoining that of (i) and known as 39 and 41 Collingdon Street - (i) has recently opened two new windows on the first and second floors of his factory overlooking the property of (ii) and has also enlarged the windows on the ground floor of the property Operative Part: (i) and (ii) agree that the said windows shall be deemed to have been opened and enlarged with the consent of (ii) and (i) shall pay by way of acknowledgement of the permission to keep them open a yearly rent of 10s on the first day of June every year if demanded Habendum: - Agreement to remain in force until a notice in writing given by (ii) to (i) - (i) not to enlarge any other windows overlooking the property and to block up these windows if requested by (ii) Witnesses: - R.
