… A cottage in Roe Street, Keysoe, formerly in occupation of Robert Gidding, then William Gidding, now John Mace; a close adjoining; 1 acre pasture; 3 acres in the open fields in occupation of John Mace, heretofore the inheritance of John Peacock late of Grafham, Huntingdonshire, yeoman, and by him conveyed to William Coales, uncle of said William Coales, late of Keysoe, carpenter deceased, 2 August 1664.
