2) Sarah Bewley Barnes, Elizabeth Berry Barnes, Camberwell, spinsters, only children of William Barnes.
Reciting sale of equity of redemption in lands listed below by 1) and 2) to Robert and Henry Lamb in consideration of £90 10s paid by the said Robert Lamb of Bedford, clerk, and Henry Lamb of Kimbolton, apothecary, the executors of the will of Sarah Swan deceased, who was the widow and sole executrix of Thomas Swan late of St Ives, Hunts, gent, deceased (which £90 10s is the same sum to be paid by Robert and Henry Lamb in a Release of even date made between above parties of first part; Robert and Henry Lamb of second part; and William Frank of Bedford, gent. and Henry Horton of Bedford gent of the third part)

- messuage or tenement in Great Wilbraham formerly Olivers and Smith with a croft adjoining by estimation 1a.
- 1 acr arable in great Wilbrahm heretofore Olivers and Smiths
- all appurtenances held by copy of court roll of manor of Hinton Uphall in Great Wilbraham.
- cotttage or tenenmaent and croft in great Wilbraham called Hills formerly Olivers, copyhold of manor of Wilbraham.
- 15acres arable held by copy of court roll of Lyles manor in Great Wilbraham.
- barn in or near the yeard of the Salutation Inn in St Ives Hunts, copyhold of the manor of St Ives.
- all copyhold property of William Barnes in manors of Lyles Wilbraham, St Ives and Hinton Uphall mortgaged by William Barnes to the use of Thomas Swan.
